Karmic benefit, or just a life lesson – this week’s brief experiment with fruit has caused me to think more about what I eat. Or maybe not think more, per se, but think differently. I’m looking for less-processed foods – and especially looking at fruit in a new light – like an actor who’s been overlooked for major roles, but maybe deserves closer scrutiny. So, does chocolate taste as good unprocessed? You’ll have to be your own judge, but options are out there. Cacao nibs? I’d never even noticed them on the shelf before!
